Now, we’re looking for a Cost & Financial Analyst to help us grow leaner, smarter, and stronger by identifying cost savings and helping to shape strategy across the business.


The Role:
As a Cost & Financial Analyst, you’ll take a central role in analysing business spend and finding opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations to drive meaningful change.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyse all operational and overhead costs to identify inefficiencies and savings
• Monitor spending trends and create regular variance and trend reports
• Develop and maintain internal cost reporting dashboards and tools
• Work cross-functionally to improve cost control and forecasting accuracy
• Support budgeting and forecasting with clear, data-backed insights
• Recommend and implement smarter cost management practices across departments
• Provide strategic insights to support long-term business decisions

Who You Are:

• Experienced in cost analysis, financial analysis, or a related role
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient with Excel (PivotTables, formulas, VLOOKUPs) and financial reporting tools
• Confident working both independently and as part of a wider team
• Track record of identifying cost efficiencies or process improvements
• Driven by results, commercially aware, and excited to influence change
