We\\'re currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

More about the role::Within the role as Assistant Kitchen Manager you would be required to assist the Kitchen Manager with all aspects of running a kitchen and service to include, but not limited to;
- Preparation and service of food
- Health & Safety
- Kitchen cleanliness
- Allergen awareness and processes
- COSHH management
- Staffing Rotas
- Menu building and development
- Stock Ordering
- Stock Taking
- Stock management
- Keeping in line with spend budgets
