Summary
Job Description
Female PA to care for a lady who likes to go out to eat and access the community for social reasons.
Roles and Responsibilities
Individual would like the PA to take her out into the community twice a week. 10am – 3pm Monday and Friday.
And once per month Tuesday evening 4 – 8 to go out for a meal.
About Me
Individual lives in supported housing.
She was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis – a condition which left tumours on her brain resulting in blindness and hearing loss with right side balance issues.
Individual can verbally communicate, and sometimes it is helpful for others to sit near me so that I can clearly hear what is being said.
Hobbies and Interests
Eating out.

Hourly Rate- £13.00
Micro Provider & Self Employed PA’s Rate of Pay (£/per hour) -£15.60
Hours Per Week -10 hours a week
How will the hours be used- Monday 10am – 3pm & Friday 10am – 3pm. Once per month Tuesday 4pm – 8pm
Employer requires transport?- Yes
Do I smoke?- No
Can PA smoke during work hours?- No
