Summary
Parts Advisor
Location: Norwich
Salary: £29,600 basic (Rising to 30,600 after a year once brand accreditation is achieved), £35,600 OTE
Hours: Monday to Froday 8am - 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8am - 1pm.
I am currently seeking an Parts Advisor to join our client in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run company with a great environment, performance incentives and benefits.

Parts Advisor key responsibilities:
- Answering customer enquiries accurately and promptly
- Locating parts and accessories from stock or ordering from suppliers
- Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventories
- Ensuring the parts store is kept tidy and organised
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers
- Regularly updating the parts database
- Providing excellent customer service
Parts Advisor skills required:
- Proven experience in a similar role in the motor trade ideal but not essential
- You must have experience within the motor trade so if you are a Vehicle Technician looking to come off the tools we welcome your application
- Full driving licence
