You don’t need years of experience—just a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and confidence using basic tools like Excel. They will provide the training and support to help you thrive.
As part of this role you’ll help create and manage shipping quotes for customers and partners around the world. It’s a mix of admin, communication, and problem-solving—all in a fast-paced but supportive setting.
You’ll:
- Use tools like Excel and the CRM system to build quotes
- Communicate with customers, brokers, and shipping agents
- Learn about import/export documentation and customs processes
- Work closely with more experienced colleagues on complex projects
- Keep accurate records and ensure all details are correct
- Deliver quotes to customers in a professional and timely manner
