Job Description :
Plan, organise, and oversee all kitchen operations.
Provide leadership and support to ensure efficient workflow and a positive team culture.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to company standards, food safety, and hygiene practices.
Decide on the range and quality of meals offered, incorporating seasonal and customer feedback.
Collaborate with the management team to develop new and creative menu items.
Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure it meets brand standards.
Purchase or direct the purchasing of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimal waste.
Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, and manage supplier relationships.
