The role:
Our client is currently seeking a proactive and organised Neighbourhood Manager to support compliance and neighbourhood operations across the North West London region. The successful candidate will be a flexible team player, comfortable floating between areas, and capable of managing their own workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting estate inspections
Carrying out fire door inspections
Addressing breaches from Fire Risk Assessments
Following up on overdue and capped gas cases – resident contact required
Managing silent customer contact – resident contact required
Providing general support to neighbourhood management as needed
What the client is looking for:
Some relevant experience (compliance/neighbourhood management or similar)
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and responsive attitude to resident needs and compliance issues
A full UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable, but not essential
Training will be provided for the right candidate
