The role:
Our client is looking for a Tenancy Specialist to lead on tenancy fraud, anti-social behaviour (ASB), and legal enforcement across the region. You'll manage complex cases, support investigations, and work closely with neighbourhood officers and external partners to ensure effective resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ASB, tenancy fraud, and sub-letting cases
Lead investigations and legal actions
Represent at court and liaise with legal teams and enforcement agencies
Support victims and manage complex tenancy cases
What the client is looking for:
Strong knowledge of tenancy law, ASB, and fraud
Investigative and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with court experience
Ability to manage varied caseloads
Counter Fraud qualification desirable
