What skills and experience we're looking for
We seek to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work within our successful school from September 2025.The successful applicants will be an effective HLTA who is committed to inclusion and acceptance for all children within the classroom.The candidate should have the HLTA qualification or be already working towards its completion.We are seeking to appoint a HLTA who:
• has a thorough knowledge of the primary curriculum so as to support meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences
• can support children at the point of learning
• has the knowledge and ability to lead classes as required to support PPA timetabling
• can work flexibly to meet the needs of the school
• is able to deliver intervention as required
• can work as part of team
