Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

1. To play a full part in the life of the college. To support its distinctive aims and ethos and to encourage staff andstudents to follow this example.

2. To take part in the UTC's staff development programme by participating in arrangements for further training andprofessional development. To continue personal development in the relevant areas including subject knowledgeand teaching methods.

3. To engage actively in the performance review process.

4. To help to implement college quality procedures and to adhere to them.

5. To maintain appropriate records and to provide relevant, accurate and up-to-date information for the college MIS(iSAMS), progress data software, registers etc. Complete the relevant documentation to assist in the tracking ofstudents.

6. Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of young people within the College

Employees will be expected to comply with any reasonable request from amanager to undertake work of a similar level that is not specified in this job description.
