One of Scotland’s top performing local authorities is looking for an experienced health and safety professional to support work in the Education Department.
You will have a proven track record in implementing safe working practices and systems of work as well as experience of audit, inspection and risk assessment, preferably within a schools environment.
*Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles will typically work from home for up to 40-60% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. It is an offence therefore to apply if you are barred from working with children. In addition to this, if you have lived or worked in any country outside the UK in the past 10 years, there may be a requirement for an overseas police check.
