Care Connection, are an established agency with many years of experience. We pride ourselves on providing high quality care and support staff. We are currently looking for Experienced Support Workers to join our team!
As an Agency Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of Supported Living Services in the Wiltshire area!
This is a temporary role, as an agency Support Worker, you will be covering sickness and holidays for our clients in the Wiltshire area.
You will be supporting individuals with varying needs from those with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, to individuals who display behaviours that may challenge or those who may have sensory impairments.
You will support each individual in a person-centred way, always promoting choice as your number one priority, and following care and support plans to enable you to give the very best support and enable each individual to live as they choose.
Day-to-Day tasks could include:
Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
Personal care and hygiene.
Finances.
Medication and wellbeing.
Going into the community for shopping or other trips.
Attending clubs and other social activities.
We offer: Free Enhanced DBS Check! Weekly pay from £12.50-£13.50 per hour shift dependent! Perks at work benefit scheme, offering a wide range of savings and benefits, from shopping and holidays, to health and wellbeing solutions! Holiday pay accrued on hours worked! Shifts ranging from days and nights to weekends! Flexible working hours around your own availability! Free uniform! Induction and competency refreshers! On call support! - Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
