Nestled in the heart of Kensington, this prestigious independent school of St James Earsby caters for 300 day pupils and staff, and also a hospitality service. This operates 5 days a week. St James Earsby is a unique by offering a vegetarian offer to pupils and staff, experience and skill in this field is very much required for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Catering Administrator / Hospitality Supervisor to make a name for themselves within the food service industry and be a part of setting the new standard for education catering.
Job Description
Working with the Chef Manager, you will be required to work with communication from the school and to co-ordinate all hospitality requests. Part of the role is office administration to ensure the smooth running of this unique location. From Heads meetings, pupil food demos and then to open days and parental events, no day is the same. Working hours are based around the business demand and so will need to be managed.
