Drama courses sit within the Creative Faculty: we are looking for an individual who is able to program-lead and deliver teaching on our Level Three drama courses, and to contribute to the development of drama provision in the faculty.

You will enthuse and motivate young people and inspire in them a greater sense of self-belief that will help them in both their academic success and their life journey.

  • Applicants must be qualified to honours-degree level (Level 6) or to the industry-recognised standard in a relevant field.
  • Applicants must hold a post-16 teaching qualification and English and mathematics qualifications at level 2 or be willing to achieve these within an agreed timeframe.
  • It is desirable that the candidate has experience of effective programme leadership in FE, HE and/or Apprenticeships and has a proven track record of successful teaching and assessment practice.

We are looking for:

  • An engaging and innovative teacher who will inspire our learners to achieve.
  • An individual with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
  • A high level of oral and written communication skills and good IT skills are also essential.
