Castleton Primary School is a vibrant, inclusive school. The last Ofsted inspection described us as requires improvement. We seek to appoint enthusiastic and highly motivate colleagues to join our fantastic team of teachers and support staff to further the learning of our children.

We are looking for outstanding practitioners who would be able to work flexibly in school, knowledge of SEN and good behaviour management would be beneficial.

This will involve assisting children in class, in small groups, in 1-1 situations and supporting children who may have special or additional needs. We offer high levels of support, teamwork, co-operation and the supportive ethos embedded in our vision statement and the UNCRC International Rights of the Child.

We have high expectations of staff as the children deserve no less but we also have high levels of support and opportunities for development
