Summary
Key requirements Registered General Nurse Adult part 1. First level degree or demonstrable experience in Tissue Viability. Evidence of continued professional development. Recognised teaching qualification. Non-medical prescribing qualification or be willing to undertake this Completion of Tissue Viability / wound care course or willing to undertake this. Recognised qualification in sharp debridement or willingness to undertake this. Hold a full current driving licence and have access to a car Significant post registration experience. Demonstrate team and lone worker qualities. Can work across Multi professional agency. Demonstrate compassion and sensitivity. Has excellent written / verbal / non verbal and electronic communication and interpersonal skills Have a flexible attitude towards working Excellent time management skills. Able to triage and prioritise workload for a team. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Able to demonstrate resilience in challenging situations. Strong, participative and supportive management style.
