Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and be proficient in using both hand and power tools. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring that all electrical installations and repairs are performed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair DMEV Extractor fans in residential properties.
- Upgrading ventilation, drilling core holes and fitting trickle vents.
- Install and upgrade Heating Controls for domestic heating systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Experience
- NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition Course with Amend 2022
- Experience with working with Boilers
- Experience with working with ASHP (preferred)
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring methods, and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
