What will the Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant role involve?
• Processing and monitoring the purchase ledger including managing the finance inbox.
• Processing invoices, resolving queries, and preparing the payment run.
• Performing bank reconciliations.
• Assisting with month-end and potentially year-end processes.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant vacancy:
• Previous experience in a similar finance role with strong purchase ledger and reconciliation skills.
• Comfortable working in Excel, ideally with knowledge of pivot tables.
