Summary

Flexible, Rewarding Role | £25 per hour | Immediate Start Available

Are you a passionate educator looking to make a meaningful impact outside of the traditional classroom setting? We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Outreach Tutor to support learners across the Maidstone area.

This role offers the opportunity to provide tailored 1:1 tuition to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or behavioural challenges, many of whom may have been out of mainstream education for some time. Your goal? To re-engage these learners, build confidence, and help bridge the gaps in their education.

As an Outreach Tutor, you'll plan and deliver personalised lessons that cater to each pupil's unique learning style and needs. Whether you're an experienced classroom teacher looking for more flexible, impactful work-or a skilled tutor with a passion for supporting vulnerable learners-this could be the perfect next step.

Prospero Teaching provides ongoing support, regular check-ins, and clear communication to ensure both you and your pupils thrive.
