Your new role

Are you passionate about shaping young lives and fostering a culture of respect, responsibility and growth? Hasmonean High School for Boys is seeking a dynamic and committed Behaviour for Learning Support Officer to help uphold high standards of behaviour and personal development across the school.

This is a varied and highly visible role where your presence will make a real impact - from running our Reflection Room to supervising detentions, managing attendance and punctuality systems, and supporting students through restorative practice. You'll be on the ground during busy school periods, collaborating closely with staff, liaising with parents, and helping guide students toward making better choices every day.

We're looking for someone with natural authority, a calm and dignified approach, and a keen eye for detail. If you thrive in a fast-paced school environment, know how to build rapport with young people, and are ready to be a key part of our behaviour strategy, we'd love to hear from you.
