Are you ready to take the first step in your NHS career? Join our dynamic Radiology Department at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Business Administration Apprentice!

We’re looking for a self-motivated, innovative individual with a keen eye for detail to support our Radiology admin team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across various areas of the department, including:
• Booking and rearranging patient appointments
• Providing essential administrative support
• Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department

The apprentice will support the admin team with the following:

- Participate in an efficient and patient centred appointments office which will involve making and changing radiology appointments.

- Participate in using radiology information system (RIS) to ensure maximum use of available appointment slots.

-Provide a welcoming and professional greeting when attending patients on a busy reception areas– checking the patients demographics and updating if necessary.

-Communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical staff.
