Job Description – Joiner (Gaming Arcade Shop Fit-Out)

We are currently looking for a skilled Joiner to join a fast-paced shop fit-out project for a new gaming arcade. The role requires experience in detailed interior fit-outs with a focus on precision and finish.

  Job Duties

  • Installation of bespoke fixtures and fittings, including counters, bar areas, and gaming booths

    
    

  • 1st and 2nd fix joinery: stud walls, framework, doors, architraves, skirting, and trims

    
    

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and fit-out plans

    
    

  • Working with MDF, laminate, and specialist materials as required

    
    

  • Installing wall cladding, feature panels, and integrated display units

    
    

  • Ensuring a high-quality, commercial-standard finish throughout the project

    
    

  • Collaborating with other trades to ensure a smooth workflow

    
    

  • Following all on-site health and safety procedures

    
    

  • Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe

    
    Requirements

    ✔ Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card (essential)
    ✔ Experience in retail or leisure shop fit-outs
    ✔ Own tools and full PPE
    ✔ Ability to work from technical drawings and independently
    ✔ Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
