Summary

22.5 hours per week - job share supporting the Executive Director of Children's Services
As part of the Council's newly restructured Executive Support Team the Executive Assistant role is integral to ensuring the Executive Director and the Directorate works collaboratively supporting the One Council approach.
If you have a proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leaders with exceptional diary management skills, the ability to prioritise and multitask we would like to hear from you. Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to see the bigger picture and make strategic connections to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Executive Director's areas of accountability, supporting the strategic priorities of both the Directorate and wider organisation.
