As Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in launching and developing a brand new branch. Working closely with clients, mentoring junior staff, and driving performance across both sales and lettings. Key Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings, negotiate sales and lettings, and manage deal progression
Build lasting relationships with clients, buyers, and tenant
Proactively prospect for new business and generate instructions
Assist with property marketing and promotions
Support and learn from the valuations process
Help the team meet and exceed branch KPIs and performance goals
Mentor and support junior team members as needed
Key Criteria
Minimum 2 years’ experience in estate agency (sales and/or lettings)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Confident, organised, and self-motivated
Ambition to progress into valuations or team leadership
Strong work ethic and a proactive, team-focused mindset
Willingness to learn and develop through structured training
