Key Responsibilities:
You will take ownership of sales admin procedures for the existing portfolio.
You will liaise with internal and external partners to overcome challenges and verify information.
Ensure that the CRM is kept up to date with accurate information.
Support customers with booking appointments, ensuring they are receiving the right service and scheduling it in the dedicated CRM.
Key Criteria:
Strong customer service and communication abilities to deliver a seamless experience across teams and clients.
Exceptional attention to detail in documentation, scheduling and system updates.
Proficiency with CRM systems and the ability to utilise data to improve operational efficiency.
