Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a leading international mail and logistics company based in Hayes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global operation offering stable, long-term work with competitive pay and a modern working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
-Loading and unloading mail and parcels from vehicles and containers
-Moving stock and pallets around the warehouse
-Completing paperwork and following site procedures
-Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
-Ensuring all health & safety and operational standards are met
Requirements:
-Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
-Recent experience operating a counterbalance forklift
-Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (4 on, 4 off – days & nights)
-Punctual, reliable, and a team player
-Good level of English communication (written and verbal)
-Ability to provide a 5 year checkable employment history
