Summary
1) Lead the sales team and oversee daily sales operations to meet goals .
2) Encourage, train, and track team performance to guarantee steady sales growth.
3) To improve client acquisition and retention, create and implement sales tactics.
4) Prepare performance reports for management review after conducting an analysis of sales data.
5) Make sure that throughout the sales process, high standards for customer service are upheld.
6) To increase sales, control inventory levels, in-store promotions, and merchandising.
7) Respond professionally to escalating consumer questions or grievances.
8) Work together with other divisions to support the overarching objectives of the company.
