Summary
Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, conducting mandated contacts and providing tailored support to families. Work autonomously and as part of an integrated skill mix team, ensuring seamless service delivery. Contribute to safeguarding children and young people, adhering to local and national guidelines. Collaborate with multi agency professionals to address complex needs and improve outcomes. Facilitate and support service development and change initiatives. Effectively manage a caseload, including universal and targeted populations, ensuring equitable service provision. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to colleagues and students, fostering a supportive learning environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to data protection and confidentiality policies. Participate in health promotion activities and community engagement initiatives.
