Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon to lead their dynamic team at a well-equipped Pet Hospital in the vibrant city of Stoke-on-Trent.

As the cornerstone of the hospital’s leadership, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a dedicated team to deliver outstanding clinical care, customer service, and pet wellbeing. About the Role

In this senior position, you will:
• Lead and mentor the clinical team, including Veterinary Surgeons and the Head Nurse.
• Oversee daily workflow and hospital operations, ensuring high standards of clinical care and customer experience.
• Drive excellence in preventive and reactive care for pets of eligible clients.
• Manage clinical governance, treatment costs, income, and expenditure to ensure efficient and cost-effective care.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on growth, development, and wellbeing.

The Package:

• A superb salary of £65,500 - £78,000 DOE
• 38 hours of CPD funding for ongoing development
