Electrical Site Manager – Permanent Role
Initial Project: Near Holt | Coverage: Norfolk & Cambridge
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card

Our client, a well-established and reputable electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. The first assignment will be a key project launching near Holt, with future projects planned across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire—so a willingness to travel, particularly to Cambridge, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all on-site electrical activities from start to completion

  
  

• Supervise electrical teams and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget

  
  

• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors

  
  

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards

  
  

• Report progress and resolve on-site issues efficiently

  
  Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical site management or similar role

    
    

  • Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations and regulations

    
    

  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence (company van and fuel provided)

    
    

  • Flexibility to travel across Norfolk and Cambridge as projects require
