We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food production and exceptional customer service.
Duties will include:
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff kitchen staff supervision, front of house staff, inventory control, and food preparation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas.
Lead, train, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Oversee scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak times while managing labour costs effectively.
Basic knowledge understanding of food preparation
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Collaborate with staff to create innovative menus.
Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant
