VETERINARY POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (MAT COVER)
– GRADE 4
£25,448 - £28,381 per annum
We are seeking to recruit an individual to provide administrative support and management of our online modular programmes, student support and CPD administration. The position is based at the University’s Leahurst campus on the Wirral. Candidates should have advanced IT skills plus office and student support or customer services experience and will work alongside colleagues to support senior administrators, academics and students.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language. Reliability, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks are essential.
This is a fixed term post, available until 27 April 2026 to cover maternity leave.
Interviews will be held on the 18 July 2025.
Unfortunately, this role is not eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route, you will therefore need to demonstrate your own right to work in the UK.
