Summary

Hourly rate: £12.87

Part-time: 6 hours per week (split over one or two days)

I am looking for a reliable and compassionate female Personal Assistant to live more fully and independently. I am outgoing woman in her 40s living with chronic migraines, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and learning difficulties.

The role requires 6 hours per week, ideally split over one or two days. Start times will generally be in the late morning or afternoon, with occasional evening support needed. Days and hours are flexible and will be discussed at the interview.

The ideal person will be punctual, trustworthy, and optimistic, with strong communication and listening skills. You will support me in social activities such as shopping, visiting museums, attending events or simply keeping me company over a coffee. I will also need assistance with attending medical appointments and making or receiving calls on my behalf.

Occasionally, I may ask for help with light household tasks like hoovering, dusting, meal preparation, ironing, or washing up.

Being in good health and physically fit is important, as I enjoy long walks and being outdoors. Owning a bicycle would be a significant advantage (though not essential), and having access to a car would also be helpful but is not a requirement.
