Summary
Our client based in Oldham is looking to appoint a Caretakes on a Long term, Part time Temporary basis to ultimately provide a welcoming and safe environment for their users, ensure the security of premises and undertake General handyperson duties.
Qualification
Full Enhanced DBS - Essential
2+ years experience in a similar environment - Essential
Responsibilities
Keyholder : responsible for the security of the premises and its contents (including the operation of fire and burglar alarms, fire warden)
CCTV Monitoring
Caretaking duties as required including daily building checks and record keeping.
Responsible for lighting, heating and cleaning of premises including maintenance and operation of plant and vending machines.
Undertake General maintenance, DIY and minor repairs.
Preparing rooms for classes, including setting up furniture and equipment.
Support with other activities, e.g. celebrations.
Undertake such other duties which may arise from the use of the premises, including all health and safety duties as deemed necessary by the Senior Management Team.
