Key Responsibilities
• Take a leading role in the preparation and service of exceptional, high-end cuisine
• Collaborate on menu development, marketing strategies, and conceptual refinement
• Contribute to shaping a distinctive and contemporary dining identity alongside a passionate and dedicated team
• Deliver culinary excellence with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail
Candidate Profile
• A creatively driven culinary professional with a genuine passion for food and hospitality
• Experience in fine dining or within innovative, concept-led kitchens is preferred
• Highly organised, with the ability to remain composed under pressure
• Strong eye for detail and presentation
• Proactive, ambitious, and keen to contribute to the wider vision of the venue
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
