We’re looking for a confident, caring and organised Site Lead to run our Breakfast and After School Clubs at Horsmonden Primary Academy.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced childcare professional to take the lead in creating a warm, active and supportive environment where children can thrive before and after the school day.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage daily club sessions in a safe, engaging environment
Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities for children aged 4–11
Supervise support staff and oversee all site operations
Build strong relationships with children, families, and school staff
Ensure all activities meet safeguarding and Ofsted standards
What You’ll Need:
A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare, Playwork or a related field
Experience working with children aged 4–11
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
A solid understanding of safeguarding policies
Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable)
