The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
Support adults in their own homes with:
• Friendly companionship and conversation
• Light meal preparation, housework, or medication reminders
• Personal care, always maintaining dignity and respect
• Trips out for hobbies, errands, or a breath of fresh air
We match you with clients based on shared interests, personality, and availability – helping you build genuine, lasting relationships.

You don’t need formal care experience – just the right heart and values.
We’re looking for people who are:
• Kind, calm, and reliable
• Observant and naturally caring
• Comfortable working independently and one-on-one
• Drivers with access to a car (we offer business insurance guidance)
Whether you've worked in care, customer service, childcare, hospitality or another people-focused role – if you go the extra mile for others, this could be the role for you.

• Up to £16 per hour – consistent, transparent pay
• Self-employed – choose your regular hours and clients
