Summary
9. To use IT support systems to ensure that records are kept which support clinical need, and enable audit and evaluation of the service whilst safeguarding patients rights and confidentiality. 10. To work closely with the lead endocrine nurse specialist, consultants and help facilitate regular MDT meetings to ensure patient treatment is effective and remains appropriate. Identifying when treatment requires changing and seeking appropriate support to facilitate this when outside of own scope of practice. Please see attached job description.
