  • Represent Nuffield Health at benefit fairs (both in-person and virtual) to promote Health Assessments to corporate employees.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and intermediaries, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every touchpoint.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • Strong relationship management skills with experience overseeing a portfolio of clients

  • Proven ability to deliver benefits presentations to corporate clients and represent organisations at benefit fairs

  • Commercial and financial awareness with a focus on driving value

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in documentation writing

  • Ability to provide structured feedback through both formal and informal management information (MI)

  • Confidence and competence in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

  • A proactive approach to learning new systems, applications, and processes
