We are currently seeking an experienced Duct Fitter to join our team for ongoing commercial projects in the Reading area.
About the Role:
As a Duct Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation of ducted air systems across large commercial sites. Projects include office buildings, schools, hospitals, and other high-profile developments. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with solid experience and a professional approach to quality installation work.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of ductwork (galvanised steel, spiral, and flexible)
Reading and interpreting drawings and plans
Coordinating with site managers and other trades
Ensuring work is completed to industry standards and project deadlines
Maintaining health and safety standards on site
Requirements:
Proven experience installing ducted air systems on large commercial projects
Valid CSCS card (Blue or higher preferred)
Own tools and PPE
Ability to work from technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
NVQ Level 2 in Ductwork Installation (preferred but not essential)
