Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Avonmouth.
The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour on the day shift and £15.53 per hour on the night shift (Warehouse Operative).
The rate of pay is £15.26 per hour on the day shift and £17.55 per hour on the night shift (MHE Driver).
This is a full-time role working 3 on 3 off and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative your duties include:
- Operating MHE with due care at all times, adhering to the safety procedures - full training provided!
- Being involved in all aspects of the warehouse including picking and packing - this is an ever-changing environment so you must be happy with change
- Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures around the warehouse and helping promote a culture of this - safety is one of our core values
- Providing key support to the site and taking on any tasks that may be needed to help with the smooth running of the operation
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have a willingness to work at heights and a positive attitude to working safely and as part of a team. You will show flexibility and a 'can do', right first time and passionate approach.
Applicants will have the ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing.
You must have the willingness to undergo background checks and pass drug and alcohol screening as part of the recruitment process.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
