Summary
PART TIME SITE ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking to recruit a Part Time Site Administrator to work for a leading construction company based in Hereford.
ROLE: Site Administrator
LOCATION: Hereford (HR2)
SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £14,500 per annum
JOB TYPE: temp to perm
HOURS: part time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible on days, i.e., 3 full days or 5 days x 4 hours shift, etc., site-based.
THE ROLE:
- Provide general admin support to the Site Manager and project team.
- Maintain site records, filing systems, and health & safety documentation.
- Manage deliveries and update materials logs.
- Coordinate timesheets and assist with subcontractor onboarding.
- Liaise with head office and assist with document control.
- Keep site noticeboards and records up to date.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (construction experience preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Friendly and professional manner.
