Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• General Office Management: Maintaining office systems,
• Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Record Keeping: Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital.
• Data Management: Entering and managing data in spreadsheets and databases.
• Document Preparation: Creating reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Customer/Client Interaction: Addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

16-20 hours a week - hours to be discussed, but can be fitted around school hours.

Qualifications:

Proven Excel experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
GCSE C and above in English and Maths is preferred.
