Summary

Job Description

We are looking for 2 Sheltered Housing Officer with Aberdeenshire Council who will provide support and assistance to people to maintain their tenancy and live independently in their own accommodation, within a Sheltered Housing Scheme and as part of their local community.

There are Sheltered Housing Schemes located in various communities in and around Aberdeenshire, we are looking for keen individuals with a flexible approach to be part of the Sheltered Housing team in various locations across Kincardine, Mearns & Marr area so driving licence and car user is essential.

Work pattern will be 3 days per week from 8.45am to 5pm plus alternate weekends from 9am to 1pm.

So, if you have knowledge and understanding of the needs and rights of older people and those with particular needs, we would like to hear from you.

This post will require you to have obtained SSSC registration within 6 months of employment.

This is a fixed term post for a period not exceeding 31/12/2025

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
