Summary
OBJECTIVE
To organise the pouch production operations within a clean room environment to an agreed standard meeting scheduled production requirements in line with quality and safety standards.
MAIN TASKS
1. To ensure that all production requirements are maintained in line with daily plans.
2. To monitor and maximise pouch production machine outputs and reports.
3. To follow day to day instructions from the Senior Operator.
4. To ensure all quality inspection checks are made throughout manufacture and in accordance with procedures.
5. To ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and filed in the relevant place.
6. Report any problems with work quality, employee relations and other concerns to the Senior Operator in an effective and timely manner.
7. To follow and adhere at all times to the Company’s hygiene and quality standards. (GMP)
8. To ensure that correct cleaning procedures are followed and recorded.
9. To comply with all legal requirements in respect of Health & Safety of self and others.
10. To demonstrate good employee relations within the team and to other departments.
11. To work as part of a team providing necessary support if required.
12. Agree personal appraisal targets with Supervisor/Manager.
13. Work towards the utilisation of Lean Manufacturing Techniques in line with Company objectives to support the continuous improvement of the Company.
14. To carry out any other relevant tasks as may be required by circumstances or on request from the Company.
