The role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Property Compliance Manager to lead a high-performing team overseeing statutory housing compliance across gas, electric, fire safety, asbestos, lifts, legionella, and more. This is a key leadership role within our clients Housing Property Service.



Key Responsibilities:

Act as accountable person for fire safety under the Building Safety Act 2022
Manage compliance team and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Oversee inspections, enforce remedial actions, and report to senior stakeholders
Maintain and review compliance processes, systems, and documentation



What the client is looking for:

Proven housing compliance experience in a council or housing association
Strong leadership experience managing compliance officers
Recognised qualification such as NEBOSH, CIOB, IOSH, or equivalent
In-depth knowledge of statutory housing compliance and risk management
