Holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification or QTS

Has leadership experience in an early-years setting

Knows and can implement the EYFS statutory framework confidently
Sets high expectations for teaching and learning
Embraces inclusion and is committed to raising standards
Understands safeguarding and is committed to children’s wellbeing
