We are recruiting for an exciting NEW role and are seeking a creative and innovative Head of Marketing EMEA to join the team and take responsibility for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for the Frasers Hospitality (FH) group’s portfolio across EMEA. The role leads both online and offline marketing efforts, from traditional methods such as PR and print advertising to digital channels like SEO, PPC, and social media. This position plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The Head of Marketing will manage internal marketing professionals and external providers to deliver innovative campaigns and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

What you’ll be doing as Head of Marketing EMEA:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on increasing brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing communications, both online and offline.
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid media, and social media platforms.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content for various channels and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Oversee the management of external PR agencies and develop proactive media and communications strategies to raise the brand profile.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, third parties, and local partners to widen the customer base and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Partner with sales and revenue teams to develop marketing initiatives that drive hotel occupancy and other business areas.
  • Create, lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and digital team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners such as media agencies, designers, and photographers.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within the hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sector.
  • Demonstrated success in leading both digital and offline marketing initiatives with a focus on driving brand engagement and revenue.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including website management, SEO, PPC, CRM, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and manage PR and communications strategies.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset, with a solid understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a marketing team, fostering professional development and a high-performance culture.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
