Job Summary:



We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Hostel Cleaner to ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and staff. You will play a vital role in maintaining hygiene and contributing to a supportive living environment.



Key Responsibilities:

•
Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas, kitchens, and hallways.

•
Empty bins, change linen, and replenish supplies.

•
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

•
Follow health and safety regulations, including COSHH procedures.

•
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

•
Work cooperatively with hostel staff and residents in a respectful and professional manner.



Person Specification:

•
Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in residential or care settings.

•
Good attention to detail and time management.

•
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

•
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

•
DBS check required.
