We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Officer and the wider People Directorate. This is more than just diary management – it's a pivotal role where your ability to juggle complex schedules, draft high-quality communications, and serve as a trusted liaison will directly impact our strategic and operational success. As the People Executive Assistant, you will be the engine behind the scenes responsible for managing priorities, supporting high-impact projects, and ensuring our People Directorate operates smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating key initiatives and training events to safeguarding sensitive information, your work will be integral to shaping a positive employee experience across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be educated to A-level standard (or equivalent), with a degree or professional EA/PA qualification considered a strong advantage and have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at senior leadership level, ideally within a multi-site or complex organisation.
A background supporting HR or People teams is desirable, along with experience handling highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
